WEEKLY CALENDAR

Unless otherwise announced on Sunday, the following meet each week.

Monday, 7:00 PM, OVERCOMERS meet in the fellowship hall.

Tuesday (1st and 3rd weeks each month), 7:00 PM, Fit to Serve meets in the fellowship hall.

Sunday, 5:00 PM.  Adult choir practices in the choir room.

 

 

Men's Retreat

MEN GET READY!  Our annual men's retreat is scheduled for September 25.  We will go out to Camp Tracey Children's Home for a 3:00 skeet and turkey shoot and a 5:00 cookout.  These are always highlight times together.  Don't miss it and bring a friend with you!

 Harvest Baptist Church is pleased to offer a wide variety of musical programs through our Music Ministries. We would like to invite you to join with us in any of the following areas that apply to your life.

 

 
Our ADULT CHOIR meets for rehearsal every Sunday at 5:00 p.m. in the choir room.  The ADULT CHOIR is open to anyone 18 and older.  Auditions are not required. Our only requirement is that you have a sincere desire to edify, glorify, and uplift God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost and to minister to and prepare the hearts of people, through inspirational songs, to hear the Word of God.  Our music ministry also utilizes the talents of various ‘specials’: soloists, duets, trios, quartets, ensembles, etc. The ‘specials’ portion of our music ministry does require auditions. We welcome you to sing in our adult music ministry.
 
Our YOUTH CHOIR meets 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 2:00 in the church choir room. The YOUTH CHOIR is open to all teenagers. We do not require auditions.  As well as worshipping and edifying the Lord in song, our teens also use part of this time to go out into the nearby neighborhoods and shops for a time of visitation and soul winning.  If you are interested in becoming a part of an excited, on-fire for Christ YOUTH CHOIR, please contact our YOUTH CHOIR Director, Mrs. Lillian Adams, at 724-8223.
 
We also have a HAND BELLS ministry here at Harvest Baptist Church. Our SOUTHERN BELLES consist of a group of our Senior ladies, along with our pastor, and they enjoy uplifting our hearts with their performances. If you are a senior adult lady, and would be interested in performing with our Southern Belles, please leave a message for Susan Koch through the church office at 724-8223.
